Lightning, and the First Inklings of Lore

Our team members have had little time to work on Cozy Fears, but we managed to get some important core fixes, and started working on the first bits of an actual story in the game. There is now something in the basement, even though the lore to explain it has yet to be added.

Aside from that, the core framework for interacting with items in the world has been improved, and we added some cool lightning + thunder effects in the hallway.
