Boiler Puzzle

We added a boiler room and a puzzle to fix the boiler. Without spoiling too much, this allows the player to get into the basement.

We also started working on a sanity system that will trigger certain interactions when the player's sanity drops below certain thresholds. Sanity is restored by standing near light sources and picking up certain items.
